Esopus Spring Fly Fishing for Ashokan Rainbows

The ice is starting to recede on the Esopus and tribes. Warm weather is ahead and there are reports of reservoir bows making their way up the river. Water clarity is holding up so if you are going out trying keying in the seams next to the fast water. Bows will position themselves in the feeding lanes but still under moving water to be concealed from predators.
